These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Daring Culture AI Leadership Coach ("the Coach"), a service provided by Daring Culture ("we", "us", "our") through the Daring Culture Coaching Hub at daringculture.com.

Description t2.1 Nature of the Service

The Daring Culture AI Leadership Coach is an artificial intelligence-powered coaching tool designed to provide on-demand leadership development support. It is grounded in the Daring Culture Framework™ and informed by evidence-based research in neuroscience, leadership, and organisational psychology.

2.2 Non-Clinical Service

The Coach is a non-clinical leadership coaching tool only. It is not a mental health service, a counselling service, a psychotherapy service, or a medical service of any kind. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, psychological disorder, or medical condition.

2.3 Not a Substitute for Professional Support

The Coach is not a substitute for:

• Professional mental health support, including psychology, psychiatry, or counselling

• Medical advice or treatment from a qualified health professional

• Legal advice from a qualified lawyer or employment law specialist

• Human coaching or mentoring relationships

• Organisational HR processes or employee assistance programmes

2.4 AI Limitations

The Coach is powered by artificial intelligence. It does not have full visibility of your circumstances, your organisation, or your personal history. Its responses are generated based on the information you provide in each session and should be treated as a starting point for reflection, not as definitive professional advice.ext goes here

3.1 Subscription Plans

Access to the Coach is available on a subscription basis:

• Monthly: A$47.00 per month, billed monthly

• Annual: A$500.00 per year, billed annually

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorise Daring Culture to charge your nominated payment method on each billing date.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are considered at our discretion. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service, please contact us at hello@daringculture.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

It4.1 Permitted Use

The Coach is intended for:

• Individual leadership development and reflection

• Preparation for workplace conversations and decisions

• Exploring evidence-based leadership frameworks and concepts

• Personal and professional growth within a leadership context

4.2 Prohibited Use

You must not use the Coach:

• To seek clinical mental health support or crisis intervention

• To obtain legal advice on employment, workplace, or other legal matters

• To generate content intended to harm, mislead, or deceive others

• In ways that violate any applicable laws or regulations

• To share, reproduce, or distribute session content for commercial purposes

• To attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or reproduce the underlying system or frameworkem description

IIf you are experiencing concerns about your mental health — including depression, anxiety, trauma, or emotional distress — we strongly encourage you to speak with your GP or a qualified mental health professional. The Coach is not equipped to provide support for mental health conditions and will direct you to appropriate professional resources if these concerns arise.

5.2 Crisis Situations

The Coach will always encourage you to work within your organisation's policies and procedures. Any guidance offered is general in nature and does not account for the specific policies, industrial agreements, or legal obligations of your organisation.

6.2 Legal Matters

The Coach does not provide legal advice. If your situation involves employment law, workplace rights, enterprise agreements, workers' compensation, discrimination, or any other legal matter, please seek advice from:

• A qualified employment lawyer

• Fair Work Australia — fairwork.gov.au

• Your relevant union or industrial representative

• Your organisation's HR or legal team

7. Privacy and Confidcription

7.1 Session Data

Your conversations with the Coach are processed to generate responses and improve the quality of the service. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at daringculture.com/privacy.

7.2 Confidentiality Limitations

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, the Coach is not a confidential therapeutic relationship in the legal or clinical sense. Please do not share information in your sessions that you would not be comfortable having processed by an AI system.

7.3 No Sharing of Personal Data

We will not share your session data or personal information with third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.1 Daring Culture Framework™

The Daring Culture Framework™, all associated materials, and the content of the Coach are the intellectual property of Daring Culture. All rights reserved.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you input into the Coach. By using the service, you grant Daring Culture a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the service.

8.3 Prohibited Reproduction

You must not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the responses generated by the Coach or the underlying framework content without our written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Coach following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
